  • Maxwell has more than 15 years experience in marketing research industry. His experience covers consumer needs, brand communication and product innovation. Industries include food and beverage, personal care, mom-baby industry, IT service, finance, consumer electronic products and automobile,
  • Maxwell is a savvy ethnographer, consumer interview moderator and insightful culture interpreter. He has moderated more than 700 focus groups and over 1200 in-depth interviews. His respondents cover from affluent entrepreneurs to low-tier city housewives.
  • Maxwell is an experienced workshop facilitator. He delivers both consumer co-creation workshops and in-company training workshops for Boehringer-Ingelheim (German), Private Label Association (USA), Colgate, Kohler, Fonterra and other multi-national companies.
  • Maxwell has worked in WPP (as Senior Research Manager), Youthology (as Research Director) and Nuancetree (as co-founder). He holds MBA degree of Sauder Business School, University of British Columbia, He also works as the consultant of NGO (A Better Community*) in Shanghai.

  • Zoe is taking a fast lane in her career development since 2012. By now, she has conducted a wide range of projects, specialized in youth culture understanding. She has led several projects that aimed to understand new generations - from post 90's to post 00's. She is interested in youth Chinese culture scene - attending music festivals, learning tattoo art as well as enriching her palettes (a keen foodie) outside of work.
  • Zoe believes in getting deep into the insights that will help brands and businesses. She has a lot of passion to unlock human psyche and to address client's issues.
  • She has involved in many research projects especially for technology products and personal care categories, such as skincare product, beauty, color lens, etc.
  • As a qualitative practitioner, she is very comfortable with f2f moderation. In addition, she is experienced in online community research. She has helped several brands to understand consumers better, such as, Abbot, A2, Estee Lauder, Bausch+Lomb, Logitech, Yili, etc
